Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Plan usage allowances reset each month and do not roll over. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Free accounts can purchase individual exports of print-ready files. Paid plans include export allowances as described on the pricing page. Exported files are provided for use in your own business branding and merchandise.

Merchandise is produced and shipped by our fulfillment partners. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the items, taxes, and shipping shown at checkout. Production and shipping timelines are described in our Shipping Policy.

AI generation and assisted editing are provided on a best-effort basis. Output may vary in quality and is not guaranteed to be unique or free of similarity to other works. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logo, mark, or content you upload or order, and for any third-party rights in AI-generated results.

You may not use the service to infringe intellectual property, create unlawful or infringing content, or otherwise misuse the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Monthly merch credit is provided as a benefit of paid plans, has no cash value, and expires on a rolling 90-day basis. Credit cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
