Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Export unlocks
Because exports deliver digital files immediately, export unlock purchases are non-refundable once the files have been generated or downloaded. If you were charged in error or experienced a technical problem, contact us and we'll make it right.
Merchandise orders
Branded merchandise is custom-made to order, so we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or errors in the artwork or details you approved at checkout. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Misprints, defects, and damaged items
